What we collect

When you contact us through the site, we collect the details you provide: your name, job title, company, LinkedIn profile, the services you are interested in and your message. The site itself does not use advertising cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. Basic, aggregated visit statistics are collected through our hosting platform.

Why we process it

We use your contact details only to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and, where you reach out about our services, our legitimate interest in responding, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Processors and sharing

We do not sell your data. Your inquiry is delivered to our team email through our email and hosting providers, which act as processors under contract. We keep the list of processors available on request.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up collaboration, then delete them unless retention is required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Email info@wikirepublic.net to exercise any right. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in particular in your country of residence.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by our providers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Details are available on request.
